Our process

A practical process for business owners who do not know exactly what technology they need.

The process starts by understanding how your business works, then turns that understanding into a clear plan, careful build, monitored launch, and support path that separates included launch follow-up from maintenance, reporting, enhancements, and new projects.

Review Plan Launch Support

From First Conversation to Continued Support

1. Understand the Business

Review what the business does, how customers find it, which tools are used, what is manual, what repeatedly goes wrong, and what the owner wants to achieve.

2. Identify Opportunities

Recommend requested improvements, opportunities the owner may not have considered, self-service steps, possible Gearr One's Technology work, and a realistic priority order.

3. Define the Plan

Document the business problem, scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, pricing, ongoing costs, support terms, ownership or licensing terms, and change-request process.

4. Build Together

Share weekly or biweekly updates, provide previews when appropriate, and use progress demonstrations to confirm the system matches the business need.

5. Launch Carefully

Monitor the website or application, check forms, email delivery, analytics, scheduled jobs, integrations, uptime, and post-launch issues covered by the agreement.

6. Support Growth

Use launch follow-up, paid maintenance, paid reporting, paid enhancements, and new projects clearly so support stays useful and sustainable.

Clear Support Boundaries

Check-ins may be weekly or biweekly immediately after launch, monthly after the initial launch period, and quarterly as covered systems become stable. The exact schedule, included follow-up, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, enhancements, and new work are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
