Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Gearr One's Technology websites, business tools, client accounts, digital products, demonstrations, and connected services.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using a Gearr One's Technology, LLC service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling authorized users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another customer's account or attempt to bypass permissions, usage limits, or security controls.

Services, subscriptions, and purchased tools

Features available to an account depend on the products, subscriptions, project scope, or services purchased. After confirmed payment, eligible tools may be activated for the applicable business account. Specific proposals, order forms, statements of work, or subscription terms may add to these terms and control if there is a direct conflict.

Digital downloads

Unless a product states otherwise, digital downloads are licensed to the purchasing person or business for its own internal business use. Downloads may be customized and used in that business but may not be resold, sublicensed, published as competing templates, or distributed to unrelated parties.

Payments and renewals

Prices, billing frequency, taxes, payment timing, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Unless required by law or stated in writing, completed digital deliveries and work already performed are nonrefundable.

Connected third-party services

You may authorize connections to services such as QuickBooks. You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party account and reviewing records created or synchronized through the connection. Intuit and QuickBooks are independent third parties and do not sponsor or endorse Gearr One's Technology. Their services are governed by their own terms.

Customer data and permissions

You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant Gearr One's Technology permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. You are responsible for having permission to submit customer, employee, financial, image, and other third-party information.

AI-assisted output

AI-generated drafts, classifications, summaries, images, and recommendations require human review. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, employment, engineering, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking output before relying on, publishing, or sending it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; upload malicious code; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; interfere with the service; misrepresent identity or authority; scrape restricted areas; or use the service to create deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Demonstrations and mock sites

Mock sites and demo accounts illustrate proposed functionality. Demo content, prices, availability, customer records, transactions, and integrations may be fictional and do not create a binding offer or confirm production readiness unless stated in a signed agreement.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, provider, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Gearr One's Technology is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or a third-party service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, material breach, or conduct that harms the service or other users. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including payment, licensing, disclaimers, and liability provisions—remain effective.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Ohio unless the parties agree to another resolution process.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to legal@gearrones.com or through the website contact form.
