Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Gearr One's Technology, LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information through its websites, business tools, client accounts, downloads, and connected services.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Information collected
When you use a contact form, request a report, create an account, purchase a product, upload a document, connect a service, or communicate with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business and customer information, website URL, transaction details, uploaded files, service needs, and message content.
Information from connected services
If you choose to connect QuickBooks or another third-party service, we may receive the information you authorize that service to provide. Depending on the features you enable, this may include company details, customers, products and services, estimates, invoices, payments, vendors, expenses, and related identifiers. We use connected-service information only to provide the tools and workflows you request.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide purchased tools and downloads, prepare reports and quotes, create or synchronize business records, provide support, secure and improve the service, communicate about accounts and transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
Email communication
If you submit a form or request a report, Gearr One's Technology may email you about that request. You can ask to stop non-essential follow-up messages at any time.
Third-party services
We may use hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment, accounting, analytics, artificial-intelligence, search, and security providers as needed to operate the service. These providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
QuickBooks connection and disconnection
QuickBooks connections use Intuit's authorization process. Gearr One's Technology does not receive your QuickBooks password. You may disconnect QuickBooks through the available account controls or by contacting us. Disconnecting stops new synchronization but does not automatically remove records already created or retained for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
Artificial-intelligence features
When you use an AI-assisted feature, the information necessary to complete that request may be sent to an AI service provider. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is published, sent, or used for financial, legal, tax, employment, or business decisions.
Presence report data
Presence reports analyze publicly available website signals and information you choose to submit. The system does not store downloaded website HTML or API secrets.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, account administration, support, security, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, and authorization checks, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Corrections or deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing privacy@gearrones.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained when required for security, tax, accounting, contractual, or legal purposes.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
